New Rec Manager

Welcome Caron Proctor
Just in time for the summer rush we welcomed Caron Proctor to the team. Caron has replaced Charlie Auinscough as our new Recreation Manger. Charlie was an incredible asset to The New Hub creating and leading a fantastic recreation team and developing several really important projects including the very successful Get Cooking programme. Charlie and her partner have decided to move north, closer to family and establish themselves in Raglan. We understand that she is now hooked on fishing so we're expecting some care packages of smoked kahawai and schnapper fillets any day.
Caron comes to us with a background in hospitality and business and she has already stamped her mark on The New Hub with several really exciting intiatives. She arrived with only weeks to spare before the very busy summer period and picked up the reins with hardly a stutter. Make the time to pop in and say hello. We think you'll find her energy and enthusiasm very infectious! We are, however, still teaching her the rudiments of table tennis....
